Since 2009 Surf Blue Ridge has been a leader and
pioneer in North Georgia Stand Up Paddling.
Health and fun benefits are a huge part of it's
growth. Improved balance , core and endurance
strengthening make this optimal exercise for all
ages and body types. Abilities to paddle places one
could never think of before make this sport so
varied. Whether a mellow paddle on a mountain lake,
lazy river,a white water adventure or arduous
distance paddling , this is an activity for all
ages and ability levels. My goal is to introduce
and perpetuate SUP as a lifestyle through lessons,
trips or tours. The hardest part about SUP is
showing up ! A desire to learn and potentially
change your lifestyle is the easy part!!
